ART as a SPIRITUAL PRACTICE is an open creative art experience that unlocks creativity and spiritual connections to self, source and others. No art skills required or preferred! Part exploration, part art fun, part mindfulness, part meditation. Each monthly class ( last Saturday of the month) will have a new theme to consider and art materials to try.

March 26th 11 to 1 - We will be working with a liquid watercolor dye to create a hand portrait on muslin cloth. We will be exploring the energy we all hold within us, especially in our hands. Come join in making beauty and experiencing peaceful community.

Facilitated by Elizabeth Cain. She is a Reiki Master, MSW, Licensed Unity Teacher, Certified Grief Counselor and also an exhibiting member of the Charleston Artist Guild. Elizabeth has been teaching art to all ages for more than 25 years. She has led many classes, book studies, and meditation groups. She looks forward to bringing this combo package experience to you each month!
