Join us at Palmetto Healing Arts every Monday evening to set the tone for the week with the spiritual practice of Hatha yoga.

Monday evening classes will start at 7:15pm

Our yoga practice will be done in the safe, relaxing, and candle lit atmosphere at Palmetto Healing Arts.

Hatha yoga involves breath, body, and mind, and classes will be 1 hour of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.( Asana, Pranayama & Meditation)

Great for all experience levels & bodies.

Yoga mats and props are available or bring your own. All are welcome, but space is limited!!

Class Fee: $13.00 ( first time students get first class free)

When paying, click on the ticket link , enter the amount you are paying with a note stating "yoga August" if paying monthly or " Yoga class and the date you will be attending" if paying per class
Payment can always be taken before class for drop ins.
