Workshop includes:

2 Mala Bracelet of your own creation( can infuse with oils, reiki if you choose, and select your own beads once you learn the meanings) Additional bracelets can be made or purchased for a nominal fee
Explore the practice of mindfulness and mantra during the creation of your bracelets with a specific mantra chosen just for you or for your loved one!
Understand how the energy of beads/stones/crystals affect your physical and emotional body

This course will be held in person, with a mask required to be worn at all times upon entering the studio and social distancing will be implemented,
