The goal of this guided meditation is to allow you to explore your past lives in a safe and pleasant manner. While there is no hypnosis involved, a deep relaxing state can be achieved through this meditation to access information on past lives and future lessons for you life.
Please bring a pen and notepad to write down any important things you may want to remember in detail.

This meditation will be held in person, with a mask required to be worn at all times. Class size limited to 10 only
