A guided meditation while enjoying a Tibetan signing bowl sound bath healing ( with Lyn..in groups of 6 at a time)

All of this AND please visit Cathy at the salt bath table to fill to jars with organic spa quality bath salts. You get to add herbs/flowers, and 100% pure essential oil of your choice.

While you are here you can also enjoy the wine, cheese, fruit, chocolate and make new friends!!

This is a limited space event and Everything is included in the cost!

Cost is $45.00 per person and can be paid via the pay pal link under tickets above on this event. Please add the note self care so I can add your name to the event.

For an additional $10.00 you can add a red light therapy facial to your self care day! ( infrared lighting that rejuvenates and heals the facial skin and collagen) add it to your payment so I can get you on the list Can be added that day if time and space are available
