Phone Psychic Reading Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a phone psychic reading with me. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and payment secures that time on my calendar.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled reading, you may choose to receive a refund or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. At my discretion, I may allow one rescheduling for an unexpected circumstance.

Phone Appointments

Please make sure the phone number provided at booking is correct and that you are available to receive my call at your scheduled appointment time.

I will make a reasonable attempt to contact you at the scheduled time. If you do not answer, I may leave a message or make a second attempt to reach you.

If I am unable to reach you because you do not answer or because the contact information provided is incorrect, the appointment will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Your reading begins at the scheduled appointment time, even if you answer the phone late. The reading will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the payment will be non-refundable.

Technical or Phone Issues

If a problem occurs on my end that prevents the reading from taking place, I will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

If the problem is on the client's end, such as an incorrect phone number, unavailable phone service, blocked calls, or failure to answer, the appointment remains subject to the cancellation and no-show policy.

Refunds After a Reading

Psychic readings are based on intuitive impressions and spiritual guidance and are not guaranteed predictions of future events.

Because of the nature of psychic readings, refunds will not be issued because a client does not agree with, does not receive the information they expected, or feels that a prediction did not come true.

If you believe there was a genuine problem with the service provided, please contact me within 48 hours of your reading so that I can review your concerns.
