ART as a SPIRITUAL PRACTICE is an open creative art experience that unlocks creativity and spiritual connections to self, source and others.

This class will meet on the 4th Saturday of the month.

No art skills needed or preferred! Part exploration, part art fun, part mindfulness, part meditation.

The first class will be a deep immersion into THE ENERGY OF COLOR. Each monthly class will have a new theme to consider and art materials to try.

Facilitated by Elizabeth Cain. She is a Reiki Master, MSW, Licensed Unity Teacher, Certified Grief Counselor and also an exhibiting member of the Charleston Artist Guild.
Elizabeth has been teaching art to all ages for more than 25 years. She has led many classes, book studies, and meditation groups. She looks forward to bringing this combo package experience to you each month!

A mandatory $10 supply fee plus an additional love offering to be shared between the Elizabeth and Palmetto Healing Arts. (Usually an average of $25 to $50 total for the class)
