This is a great way to experience the healing of a past life regression in a safe environment, Rev. Mela Borawski, CHt, is certified in hypnotherapy and has facilitated past life regression hypnosis for her clients since her graduation in 2018.

A group past life regression is different than one-on-one. This will a deep guided meditation style hypnosis, you won't be asked to speak during the hypnosis (unlike in a one-on-one session). You will be guided into a relaxed hypnotic state where you'll be able to access and experience lives lived in the past.

Mela will be there to guide you along the way, creating a sacred and safe container as she assists in your journey.
Our goal is to experience 2-3 past lives during our time together, some may experience less and some may experience more.

We'll chat before and answer any questions, and then we'll spend some time after the guided journey to let each person have a chance to speak about their personal experience (if they wish).

PLEASE NOTE: Mela has never, nor will she ever, make a guarantee that you will 100% have a past life experience during any of her hypnosis sessions. She is trained and experienced, and rarely has a client that does not experience anything - but it has happened. Not trusting yourself and allowing the experience to happen, or going in with a pre-determined idea of how it should go and trying to force that one idea are the easiest ways to never get anywhere in hypnosis.
