Grab a friend and join us at PHA for this interactive class. Each participant will make their own emergency self care box, sip some wine, snack and make some new friends!

An emergency self care box can be used in a moment of stress or daily. Stuffed with all of the special self care things that YOU choose to bring you back to mind, body or spirit wellness, or all three! It will be your box to do with as you wish. A list of suggested items and how to use your new special box will be included with this event.

We will paint and decorate our boxes in a way that is special to each of us.

A special gift will be included for you to put in your box!

Class size limit:10

All class materials, snacks and wine are INCLUDED with $40 fee and will be provided.

As always, water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be available at the coffee bar counter for free
